Restaurant, Grill, Pan and Garde Manger

Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing menu items according to menu specifications. For the grill this will include main courses. The pan line includes hot appetizers, pastas and other pan work. Garde Manger Chefs will be responsible for hot and cold food preparation, plating and service. Preference will be given to applicants with related experience. Apprenticeship opportunities may also be available.
