Description
The singularity of this wine is striking and the seam of bright acidity gives it great life. As Pinot Blanc is often considered a wine of limited breadth and depth, it is interesting to “push” on the Bo-Teek version and watch it expand to engaging dimension. The crisp citrus , Bosc Pear, mild wildflower and melon are well defined and yet, still elusive. This wine will lead you on a cheery chase as you try to pin it down. Food is your only ally as this Pinot Blanc loves acidic dishes with lemon as a liquid garnish and briny morsels. It is worth every effort as this wine will gleefully improve every mouthful.
