Description

This full Chardonnay has been intentionally left unfiltered with its fine lees still present in the wine. Why? Superior taste and mouthfeel! The wine was a shadow of its former self when the pre-bottling, “bench test wine” that included a fine, lab filtration were tasted. It was unmistakable that the distinctive Bo-Teek Vineyard expression was stripped by the tight filtration of the vintage. The fine lees give a richness and a creamy integrated feel that magnify the fresh fall apple, Bosc pear and fresh lemon juice notes. The cheerful acidity keeps the luxurious taste bright and direct while all the while, the many taste elements seamlessly envelop you and keep you delighted. The unexpected cloudiness may come as a surprise to the eye, but a taste will deliver a shock to the system as a new Chardonnay love affair begins.
